Commissioning the facility. GASK certificate (DABI)

Today we will talk about the commissioning of construction projects. In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, any constructed construction object must have documents, confirming commissioning and compliance with building codes and regulations (DBN). All existing stages of construction are associated with the registration and approval of a set of various legal documents.

The final stage of construction is, of course, commissioning, preceding this stage is filling out the declaration of readiness of the construction object. The declaration of readiness is completed by the Customer. All technical characteristics of the construction object are entered into the declaration of readiness: built-up area, useful and auxiliary area, height, wall materials, foundations, etc..

All data, which are entered in the declaration are taken from new technical passport bti, which is made immediately after completion of construction work. They can be commissioned as objects of new construction, and reconstruction objects, restoration, overhaul of buildings and structures of civil, public and industrial purposes. For all of the above objects, a technical passport bti is also produced. The basis for filling out a declaration on the readiness of a construction object is a technical passport bti with technical indicators and characteristics of the construction object.

The law provides for two types of documents, confirming the readiness of the facility for operation:

– declaration of readiness of the construction object - for small buildings and category CC1 (individual residential houses, garden and country houses, household buildings and structures) are commissioned on the basis of a registered commissioning declaration;

– commissioning certificate – for objects of categories CC2 and CC3.
