Technical passport for non-residential premises
In addition to residential real estate, the following objects are subject to technical inventory, for which inventory files and technical passports are drawn up:
▪ buildings and structures of public and industrial (including agricultural) appointments and their complexes;
▪ non-residential premises (groups of non-residential premises);
▪ garden and country houses;
▪ garages and parking lots with parking spaces (not related to outbuildings: multi-storey, underground, one-story, blocky)
▪ protective structures of civil protection (DBN 2.2.5-97 “Buildings and constructions. Protective structures of civil defense”, DBN 3.1-9-2000 “Management, organization and technology. Acceptance of completed construction of civil defense structures and their maintenance “)
▪ multifunctional houses for keeping convicts and persons, taken into custody (block, barracks and cell-type institutions for the execution of sentences and pre-trial detention centers);
▪ construction in progress;
▪ multifunctional buildings and complexes, including premises for various purposes (technical data sheet is manufactured in shape with overwhelming area).
